Navigate to the Help Center
You can access the ParentLocker Help Center anytime by visiting: https://support.parentlocker.com.
Accessing Help Articles
When you first open the Help Center, you’ll see a selection of articles available publicly.
Most help articles, however, are only available to relevant user groups, such as administrators. To access the full Help Center, simply click Sign in at the top right corner of the page and log in with your regular ParentLocker account credentials.
Finding Articles By Topic
Help articles are grouped into topics for easy navigation. For example:
Forms
Financials
Admissions
Attendance
Each category, is further broken down into sections. For instance, the Student Information System category includes sections like Users and Accounts and Data Reports:
Searching the Help Center
If you're not sure which category contains the help article that you're looking for, you can type any keyword or phrase into the large search bar at the top of the page.
Relevant articles will appear along with a quick overview of the article.
For example, searching for add a new account will bring up the most relevant articles along with a short AI overview.
With AI summaries, you'll find just what you're looking for – and you might not even need to read the full article!
